Unfortunately, with inexplicable grief, we're having to inform you that my brother, Ajith, passed away.
He was hospitalized and was administered treatment with intensive care. He was then discharged and his health started worsening, post which, he passed away. He was unconscious throughout and even after giving him the best medical care possible, we couldn't save him.

I bow down to all of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your most generous support. Today I'm withdrawing all the funds that we have been able to raise through this page.
Ajith's condition is stable. A few days back he was shifted to the Dharmapuri General Hospital. His family now has better access to him. Also, the treatment at this hospital is more affordable for his family.
However, all the complicated medical procedures were carried out and completed at the Narayana Multi-specialty hospital in Bangalore. The final bill that I received from Ramesh Anna has been uploaded below. His total treatment has cost more than Rs. 10 lakhs and thanks to all your kind and generous support, Ramesh Anna's family was able to pay for proper medical treatment and attention.

Thank you all for the support shown so far. Ajith is still in coma, but doctors have asked for him to be shifted to some hospital closer to his home. In the next couple of days he will be shifted to some hospital closer to Dharmapuri. I have updated Ajith's latest provisional medical bill shared by the hospital.
