Dear Urjayati donors
As we come to the close of a year like we have never seen before, Urjayati has continued to support children with their education with your online and offline donations. It has been 5 years supporting the kids, and while the group we are supporting has decreased in size, the impact on each child has been tremendous, thanks to your support.

During the lockdown, we could extend support to kids like Putu to complete her Bachelors program in college, even when her daily wager family lost all sources of income for months and her degree was at the risk of coming to a halt. Thanks to the support we could provide, she will now be able to finish her degree and prepare for a job that can change the life of her family.

We have continued to consistently support kids like Ronti, first for his tuitions to prepare for engineering entrances in our first two years of fundraising, and then for his engineering degree that he got through thanks to all the support for the next few years. For a family that is earning less than Rs 10,000 per month, one can only imagine the huge impact this will have on both the kid and his family, as he heads towards his next milestone of applying for jobs as an engineer.

Dear Supporters,

Thank you for all your support, we are being able to close one more academic year of education for all the kids at Urjayati! Not just that, one of the kids is preparing to appear for his engineering entrance exam in a few months from now. Another has taken up Economics in Class 11 and wishes to pursue it further. More details to follow by the end of this session in our annual newsletter to all of you.

Please go to sleep tonight happy, knowing the huge difference you have made to the lives of these kids and their families over the past one year.
