Samar underwent his surgery at Fortis Escort Heart Institute in December 2019 for ASD Device Closure. Samar is fine now and coming to Child Heart Foundation for regular follow up check ups.

Thank you all for the support.
Samar was diagnosed with Atrial Septal Defect on June 9th, 2018 at the heart screening program of child heart foundation. He has been regularly coming for the follow up week. He will be admitted to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital this coming week starting 16th of December. The intervention planned is ASD Device Closure. We will keep you posted and shares photos from the hospital.

The child has not gone in for surgery as of now as the funds collected are not sufficient for his treatment. He is on medication and as soon as we get sufficient funds will schedule his surgery.
