We have some news to share. As mentioned in the previous update, the hospital has tried multiple times in getting touch with the family but was unable to get in touch with the family, we have already transferred Rs. 1.56 Lacs to the hospital account for the child's initial workup and evaluation. Also we have transferred another Rs. 4.2 Lacs to J Chaitanya (as per the previous update), who was in need of the funds to undergo Liver Transplantation Surgery.

Since they are not coming back for the treatment, we have decided to use part of the balance collected funds for another deserving child. As per the request from the hospital, we are transferring Rs. 2,00,000 to https://milaap.org/fundraisers/thanu-sree. Tanu Sree is 5 years old and has been suffering from chronic hepatitis and has PFIC with decomposed liver disease and he needs to undergo a liver transplant at the earliest to survive. This will cost around Rs. 18 lakhs.

Your contribution will go a long way in helping another child in need. All donors from this campaign will continue to get updates from Thanusree's campaign as well. Thank you all!

We have some news to share. As mentioned in the last update, Yogyata was on medication and doctors wanted the patient to put on some weight before the transplant. Initial evaluation was done for the child.

Later, the hospital tried getting in touch with the family many times but was unable to get in touch with the family. We have already transferred Rs.  1.56 lacs to the hospital account for the child's initial work up and evaluation.

Since they are not coming back for the treatment, we have decided to use the collected amount for another deserving child. As per the request of the hospital, we are transferring Rs. 4,20,000 to https://milaap.org/fundraisers/support-j-chaitanya-1. J Chaitanya is suffering from chronic liver disease and he needs to undergo a liver transplant at the earliest to survive. This will cost around Rs. 18 lakhs.

Thank you all for supporting Yogyata.

Yogyata is at home and is on medication. The transplant has not yet happened because the doctors wanted her to put on some weight, In order to undergo the transplant she had to weigh more than 8 kgs. She has put on weight now, and the doctors have asked us to come for a check up next month.
