I have adopted him. Thanks for your support.

He will be getting neutered next week. Reflexes are improving. Will be trying hydrotherapy at home soon. Bladder control improved. 

Hernia surgery may not be required as it is improving naturally as he grows. He is being able to stand for longer than before, and attempts to walk a little. He is still unable to fully control his bladder. His food and water intake have improved.
