Dear friends,

It gives me immense happiness and satisfaction to inform you that all five girls have completed their two year D.El.Ed course.  Finally, the results have arrived after a long wait of two years.   The results are published below for your reference.

The girls stood up to their promise. Though there are two girls who have to clear one paper each, they have scored really good marks in other subjects.  I sincerely thank everyone who had extended their kind support in enabling these kids to achieve their aspirations.  I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and appreciate the real hero Sri. Lakshminarayana, who provided shelter, food, transport and above all, the guidance and encouragement required for the girls to complete the course.

What Next: Three girls have cleared TET (Teachers Eligibility Test), which a must to get a job as teacher in Government schools.  The Government of Andhra Pradesh is expected to publish DSC (District Selection Committee) notification soon to recruit teachers, which these girls can apply for.  I am pretty sure Sri. Lakshminarayana will sail them through these exams also with his able guidance.

You guys were very generous  to donate based on the girls request and had shown enormous patience before getting an update.  Please accept my apologies for providing the update after such a long time.  I was equally curious to know and update you with the progress but, was waiting for completion of their final exams.  Nonetheless, I think there is no other time perfect than this to provide such sweet update.
