Thank you for the overwhelming love and support that you have shown towards Anandkumar. I have some unfortunate news to share with you today, our beloved Anandkumar has decided to leave us.
He lost the battle between life and death last evening(3rd May) at around 7.30 pm after struggling with a chronic liver ailment for over two months at a couple of hospitals in Chennai.
His health was declining and the doctors were administering him treatment for the same. His organs started failing and his body could not take the stress anymore.
Your timely support ensured that he received the best treatment possible. All the funds raised via this crowdfunding platform on Milaap will be first used to settle the hospital bills. In case any surplus is available, it will be transferred towards his family.
I would like to thank you all once again for the overwhelming love and support. Please do pray for this lovable soul to rest in peace.

Dear Supporters,
Thank you for the overwhelming response that you have shown towards Anandkumar. His health is critical at present and we are withdrawing a sum of ₹22.8 lakhs out of the funds raised via Milaap.
This amount will be used to clear the pending bills in Apollo. We are planning to shift him to another hospital to provide him better treatment and care. We are increasing the target amount by another ₹10 lakhs to meet the future treatment requirements for which we will share the estimate letter/appropriate documents later..
Would request you to pray for his health and speedy recovery. Please do share this campaign further with your friends and family to help us in raising funds faster towards his treatment.
