I am Moumita's friend, its extreme sad moment for me to inform her father is passed away last day after noon in Genesis hospital. Moumita kept losing her consciousness number of times since her father expired. So on behalf of her I am giving the update. He couldn't take the radiation therapy and admitted in ICU of genesis hospital as updated in last update. Our all effort is in vain. The remaining funds in the campaign are being withdrawn to Moumita's account.
But heartiest thanks to all of you for your support. this fund will help her to compensate a bit for all the expenditure. Please do not transfer any fund for this cause. God Bless you All.

Hi All
My father condition is deteriorated badly, after the radiation process. He is unable to talk now, I had to shift him in a pvt. hospital Genesis Hospital, kolkata. Currently he is in ICU.
i really don't know how i am going to continue treatment here. Doctor said my father needs to be in ventilation probably if the condition not recovered.
He is currently under the observation of Dr. Tirtha Pratim Purokait. I've also updated the initial document of genesis here. I need your support, please be with me.

Thank you for your generous support. My apologies for the delay in posting updates.
The final biopsy report came last week. It's stage 3, according to the doctor. Radiation therapy is going on now. So far 5 radiation sessions have been done, my father is responding well, but his body weight has reduced and his blood pressure has fallen, so I'm a little worried. Once all the radiation sessions are done (five more), doctor will decide when to start chemotherapy, depending on his health.
Treatment is going on in Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, Hazra, Kolkata. I am also staying there with my father in hospital.
Hope my father and I will overcome and win this fight soon. Please keep supporting us.
