Dear Friends,

Thank you all for your support.

Health situation for the last couple of weeks has been disturbing. My father has lost the appetite for solid and liquid intake of the food. Due to narrowing of the intestines, food intake has been significantly impacted.

On a quick check-up, doctor confirmed that the latest uncovered SEMS stent is working as expected, however the nausea and vomiting are caused due to the blockage of intestine tubes and in-growth of the tumor.

On discussion with Gastroenterologist, we have immediately got my father on in-tube feeding. He has become really weak and immobile at the current situation due to lack of intake of food, doctors expect that the in-tube feeding would help him get energy to regain some destroyed muscle.

For now till he recovers physically, chemotherapy will be on hold. The disease progression is being monitored through regular ultrasound and CR scan procedures.

I would like to thank all of you once again for helping us and supporting us. Do pray for his health and speedy recovery as every prayer helps. Do share this campaign further with your friends and family to help us in raising funds towards his treatment.

Will keep you posted with updates.

Regards,

Dear Supporters,

Thank you all for your support.

My father is doing better than last month, however he is still very weak and the food intake has reduced drastically. The issue related to stent-migration has been subsided by placing a new uncovered stent and the clinical jaundice has come down.

On discussion with Gastroenterologist, we have been taking care of diet and monitoring any side effects on regular basis. Physically, he had lost 5 kg's weight.  He is able to speak and take liquid food to an extent and doctors suggested to continue with treatment. BP, loss of hair and body pains are some side effects seen intermittently.

For now till he recovers physically, chemotherapy will be on hold. The disease progression is being monitored through regular ultrasound and CR scan procedures.
