Unfortunately, with inexplicable grief, we're having to inform you all that Ramakoti passed away.

After three days of chemotherapy, his blood count plummeted because of which the treatment had to be paused and he had to be treated for the low blood count. He started undergoing blood transfusions everyday. But his body stopped responding and he developed high fever close to 106°F and then eventually started having respiratory problems. He was immediately shifted to the ICU where he passed away after a few hours even after providing him the best of treatment possible.

Thank you everyone once again for being supportive. We shall forever be indebted to you.

Here is an update for you.

From past 25 days My brother is taking Chemotherapy, now he is so weak as the chemo dosages are strong.

As he got transmitted blood and platelets so many times. We are trying to meet Dr Yeshi Dhonden ( Tibetan cancer Doctor ). These medicines are herbal, which helps to improve the immune system of Rama koti. Our Doctor told you can try the herbal medicine also, which don't have any side effects . It is not easy to get Dr Yeshi's appointment. We have to stay for 1 week.

And we have to stay there for few days. So I am withdrawing Rs 2.5 lakhs into my personal account for these expenses.

Dear Supporters,

Thank you for your tremendous support. We couldn't have done this without you.

Ramakoti is currently undergoing chemotherapy, post which, he will undergo Bone Marrow Transplantation. A total of six cycles of chemotherapy was advised by the doctors and he is currently undergoing the sixth and the final cycle.

He is responding well to the treatment. The pre-transplant tests will be done in about 10-15 days once his chemotherapy is done. We are all hopeful about his recovery.
