Recently, we have received requests for an update on this project. Kartik, the campaign organizer, has been not been reachable regarding the same.
Kartik has previously mentioned how part of the funds raised in this campaign were utilized from the months of November to December 2017. Funds were withdrawn in January 2018- and no contributions have been received after this time.
Partial breakup of expenses: Rent Oct to Dec ₹37,500.00 Salaries Oct to Dec ₹1,15,000.00 Utilities Oct to Dec ₹15,000.00 Food Oct to Dec ₹60,000.00 Medicals Oct to Dec ₹50,000.00 Token Advance ₹25,000.00 Total ₹3,15,500.00
Kartik has mentioned that the remaining funds were utilized in the operational expenses of running the home to keep it running, maintenance and upkeep.
We request the well wishers of Kartik and The WagD Foundation to reach out to us if you have any updates or latest information on the Rescue and Rehab Centre. We will share this update to the donors who’ve supported Kartik and the Foundation in the past.

Thank you for all your support and love. Our pups are very grateful and are wagging their tails in appreciation
As of today, we have raised 20% of our goal. Incoming funds may have slowed down, but the dogs who need our attention haven't. Over the last week, we have taken in 2 more abandoned dogs in dire condition and continue to treat and look after the existing inmate population at the center.
Our deadline to pay the site deposit is now near, and 2,50,000 of the amount raised is being paid as advance . This will ensure that we have the space to operate the foundation over the next 6 years.
