The family could not afford to continue sustaining Mr Manoharan at SIMS. He was shifted to a Government hospital in chennai, where the doctors recommended stopping active treatment.
He was moved home. After a stay of 11 days at home, he passed away. May god rest his soul in peace and give the support to his family during this tough time.

Thank you for all the support you have shown Manoharan. Manoharan is conscious now and is able to move one of his hands. So far, the expenditure at SIMS hospital has crossed ₹6 lakhs and the family has decided to move Manoharan to a Government hospital. Will keep you posted.

Manoharan is still in the ICU but he has been weaned off the ventilator. He is breathing on his own with minimal oxygen support. He is still unconscious.
While the CT Scans have ruled out any damage to the brain due to the asphyxia from the cardiac arrest, further tests are required to confirm no neurological damages. We will keep you posted.
