Here is an update on Maheshwari's baby. The baby of Maheshwari has been discharged from the hospital. Currently, the baby is doing well. Doctors are of the opinion that the baby might not be able to hear with the left ear. However, they are doing various tests to resolve the same. Baby's parents have moved into the city to facilitate the treatment and for the speedy recovery.

Maheshwari's baby has had the new shunt in place has no further seizures. He is likely to be discharged to go home next weekend.
