My younger son (the donor) is being prepared for the extraction of the cells. There was a delay in his test reports and they have now been received. He has completed a COVID-19 test and started receiving Growth Factor injections. These injections will continue for three more days and then he will be admitted to the hospital in the BMT ward to begin the extraction.
Once they have done the extraction from the donor and the cells are stored in cryogenic form, my older son (the patient and recipient) will be admitted to the BMT ward to begin the transplant process. Till then he is in waiting and being given medication to keep his immunity strong.
My older son will also have a COVID-19 test on the 21st or 22nd of September. After getting his COVID-19 test results, he will be admitted for the BMT process on the 24th or 26th of September.
Please pray for my son's treatment and that all the test results come in good so that there is no more delay.

Thank you for your generosity and prayers for my son. I am providing an update on the preparations for his Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).
The pre-BMT work has started on my younger son, who is the donor. We have an appointment with the BMT Team next Wednesday, 2nd September to finalize the start date of the BMT process. Once they have done the extraction from the donor and storage is done in cryogenic form, my older son (the patient) will be admitted for the BMT process.
The funds of $16,459.3 and ₹15,87,298.78 are being withdrawn into my account, Afroz Hasan, and will be utilized for my son's treatment costs.
