Saavi is awaiting transplant but first we have to figure out now her nephrectomy. The dics here are saying they will put her on chemo and Haemo post neprectomy which is high risk. They could not save her peritoneal layer in neprectomy and cant guarantee which could enable her peritomeal dialysis to be done post nephrectomy. Only option is to grow her a little more so that she can survive the harsh Haemo and Chemo.
Wondering docs abroad are all able to save peritoneal layer to enable kids run peritoneal dialysis. Chatted with moms in Phili, Chicago, Cincinati , kids are all doing fine.But here what is lacking? Just one surgery is a blocker and putting her to a 90% greater risk then before.

Saavi is doing good now and she has turned 3 years 3 months. She has to undergo neprectomy first in prep of transplant. Due to WT1 she is susceptible to have developed a tumor in kidney which should be removed first.

Thank you for the wonderful support that you have shown towards Baby Saavi. She is doing better now compared to earlier. She turned 3 years old on 5th April.
At present, she is undergoing medication and dialysis. The doctors suggest that she will be undergoing dialysis until we find a donor. Once, we find a suitable match she will be undergoing the transplantation procedure. To find a suitable donor, we have got her registered in multiple directories and organizations.
