With your help and support, We are happy to inform you that desilting work for 5 Ponds has been completed. Nature has also been very kind, we have had some good rains and this has had a greater impact on filling the ponds with water.

A quick update on the pond desilting which is been carried on. Happy to inform that the work on one pond desilting has been successfully completed in Therku Panaiyur Village, Nagapattinam District.

90% work completed in Muppathikottagam village, Porkodi Pond, Nagapattinam district. Current WIP Photo
75% work completed in Muppathikottagam village, Madhakovil pond, Nagapattinam district. Current WIP Photo
We are donating 1 lakh per pond and the remaining amount will be contributed by the local people. This should help in creating awareness and also ensure that the people take responsibility to maintain the pond post desilting
We will be contributing funds towards desilting to 2 more villages, updates on this will follow soon.
