Dear Friends/Family/Well-wishers,

Today I am writing this to update on my Wife's Surgery. As you all know because of the lockdown the transplant was not possible to happen in early March/April/May months. Unfortunately, the lockdown was extended and the transplant was also delayed with the same. So by mid-April, I left Chennai and come back to home, Pune.

Now that the Central Government has put on the states to make decisions on their bigger events in all fields, the Tamil Nadu government has postponed all the Transplant surgeries and is not doing any surgery in the Chennai Hospital where I and many others had registered.

All the patients who were registered and admitted in Chennai are now shifted to KIMS hospital, Hyderabad. Now the Transplant is going to Happen in a KIMS Hospital in Hyderabad, Telangana. The Staff, the whole team who are actively supporting in these big transplant surgeries have also shifted from Chennai to the KIMS Hyderabad. They will perform all the surgeries there now.

My next step now is to again Register under Telangana Government for the transplant surgery, so they will also start finding the donor and the further process.

By 10-12th of June, I'll be starting all the procedures of registrations and all the basic things the Hospital wants.

According to the Government's Rule due to COVID-19, all transplant surgery is closed for 2 months. The patient's treatment is only on medication until further orders.
