We visited Yashoda Hospital Secunderabad for a follow-up visit consultation with Dr. Hari Kisan G (Consultant pulmonologist).
He had asked about her health and asked us for a Pulmonary function test ( spirometry) PFT results show some improvement compared to the previous test.
Dr. Hari Kishan discusses with a couple of senior thoracic surgeons about her test report and information to us for further process that at present they are not advised for surgery, meanwhile they conservatively manage with nebulizer and medicines.
They opt for surgery, in case of any emergency only, otherwise, it will cause her to be on the ventilator. Now she is doing good and her health shows some improvement and she is doing all necessary exercises and takes medicine in time.

*Results interpretation:* Severe Obstructive airway Pattern
Dr.Hari kishan had told that he will discuss with Thoracic surgeon about today's test report and inform to us for further process.
Meanwhile, he prescribed Nebuliser,and tablets for one month course for further improvement of lung functioning.

Her health conditions seen some improvement and she is doing all necessary exercises and takes medicine in time.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for the help and support. Today again PFT test was repeated and values were increased ,not required as much.So, doctor's advised to postpone surgery for few days and advised to take antibiotic medications, nebuliser for a week to 10days come for review check up with CBP reports.
