Hi! I am really very happy to share with you that I underwent a successful surgery. My father's kidney is working quite well as of now and dad is also doing fine. My surgery was scheduled on 19th June 2017 morning 9:30 am. It took a total of 6 hours successful surgery, I underwent 5 plasmapheresis treatment and 3 dialysis treatment before my surgery. I was also on methylprednisolone injection in case of acute rejection prevention as it was ABOI transplant.

I was in maximum care room at Jaslok hospital in KTR for 10 days followed by discharge. I have been advised weekly follow ups with my nephrologist for the next 3 months. Unfortunately, I have developed a Urinary tract infection due to Urine catheter and immunosuppression medication. However, I am under care with my consultant and weekly visit is helping it get better. All has gone well so far and God is great things shall be fine soon.

I could not thank enough to all the donors here on Milap who gave me have this second life. My parents are happy to see me out of dialysis and this is the ray of hope for my healthy life.
 
My prayers to Lord to keep all angels like you always healthy. This inspires me to save someone and help in any way I might be capable of. Thanks to all of you for such wonderful support and strong prayers for me which could make this possible.

Dear Supporters,

The transplant operation took place today. Srinivas is going to be in the hospital for the next 20 days, and his dad is going to be there for 10 days.

We should be able to share updates on his overall health in a couple of weeks.

I have been changing the goal amount and campaign duration as per the situation. We have exceeded initial hospital estimates and I thought it would be a good idea to extend it till the duration of his stay in the hospital.

Dear Supporters,

Thank you so much for all the support, prayers and help provided to me during such hard times. I am grateful towards every donor for extending their support. I will be admited to Jaslok hospital as on 12-06-2017 for my plasmapheresis. I will be undergoing 4 plasma sessions and 3 dialysis session, later I will be on immunosuppressants and on 19th June if all reports are good I will be undergoing surgery.

My dad the donor,  will be getting admitted on 18th June, please pray for my dad and keep my family in your prayers.
