कृष्णगढ़ गौ चिकित्सा समिति की स्थापना जनवरी 2015 में किशनगढ़ शहर एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रो के 300 गांवों में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त गौवंश को सही समय पर एवं उचित चिकित्सा सेवा उपलब्ध करने के उद्देश्य से की गई। विगत 8 वर्षों में हेल्पलाईन नं. 9829272108  प्रचार प्रसार हेतु हजारों से ज्यादा स्टीकर बांटे गए एवं सोशल मीडिया पर भी  हेल्पलाइन नंबर का प्रचार प्रसार किया गया ताकि दुर्घटना होते ही सूचना प्राप्त हो जाये और केस को बचाने हेतु सही समय सूचना से जान बचाई जा सके।। स्थापना से अभी तक 14200 बीमार एवं दुर्घटनाग्रस्त गौवंशो को एम्बूलेंस द्वारा गायो के अस्पताल लाकर ईलाज किया गया।।
गायो के अस्पताल में हमेशा भर्ती लगभग 200 गौवंश के ईलाज में एक पूर्ण कालिक डॉक्टर, 15 कम्पाउण्डर, दस सहायक, दो एम्बूलेंस सहायक,04 बाइक एंबुलेंस सहायक सहित 35कार्यकर्ताओं की टीम 24 घण्टे सेवारत है। 
हाइड्रोलिक एम्बुलेंस एवं बाइक एंबुलेंस द्वारा हेल्पलाइन पर सूचना मिलते ही एक चिकित्सा सहायक के साथ सूचित स्थान पर पहुँचा जाता है।। सर्वप्रथम केस का वही पर प्राथमिक उपचार किया जाता है ताकि एम्बुलेंस में ले जाते वक्त गौवंश को असुविधा एवं खतरा न हो। केस के गायो के अस्पताल पहुँचते ही एक टोकन संख्या दी जाती है जिसके तहत उसके पूरे इलाज का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाता है।। बीमारी के अनुसार गौवंश को ड्रिप लगाई जाती है ।। हड्डी टूटने के केस में प्लास्टर ऑफ पेरिस का पट्टा बाँधा जाता है और हड्डी जुड़ने के दौरान प्रत्येक केस को दैनिक आहार , ड्रेसिंग , ड्रिप , दिन में दो बार पलटी लगवाना ताकि बेडसोल न हो , शामिल रहता है।। जिस तरह मानव शरीर मे हड्डी जुड़ने के बाद फिजियोथेरेपी दी जाती है उसी तरह गौवंश को भी विशेष मशीन पर क्रमबद्ध तरीक़े से फिजियोथेरेपी दी जाती है ताकि गौवंश आने पांवो पर पुनः खड़ा होकर सामान्य जीवन यापन कर सके।। जिन गौवंश के घाव गंभीर हो जाते है उनको गैंगरीन न हो ओर उसका जहर शरीर के बाकी हिस्से में न फैले इसलिए शल्य चिकित्सा द्वारा उनका पाँव या क्षतिग्रस्त अंग हटा दिया जाता है ।। प्रकृति द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के तहत गौवंश तीन पांवो पर भी चल फिर सकती है।। समिति द्वारा दो पांव वाले गौवंश को कृत्रिम पाँव लगाने के प्रयास भी किये जाते है।।
ऑपरेशन , इलाज , ड्रेसिंग आदि में मासिक लगभग तीन लाख रुपये की दवाईयां समिति द्वारा ख़रीदी जाती हैं। 
ईलाज के बाद स्वस्थ हुए गौवंश को एम्बुलेंस से राज्य की विभिन्न गौशालाओं में आगामी जीवन यापन के लिए पहुंचा दिया जाता है।।
इसके अतिरिक्त जिन गौवंश को गंभीर बीमारी या चोट नही है उनका सूचित स्थान पर इलाज कर वही छोड़ दिया जाता है।। इसके लिए 2 सिटी बाइक एंबुलेंस का संचालन किया जाता है ताकि गंभीर बीमारों के लिए स्थान एवं संसाधन उपलब्ध रहे।। अभी तक 2700 गौवंश का प्राथमिक उपचार भी किया गया।
एम्बूलेंस हेतु एक हाइड्रोलिक एम्बुलेंस सहित एक  किराये की पिकअप का  प्रयोग किया जाता है जिनसे लगभग 8-10 बीमार एवं दुर्घटनाग्रस्त गौवंश प्रतिदिन किशनगढ़ एवं आस-पास के 40 किमी क्षेत्र के 300 गांवों से लाए जाते है और स्वस्थ गौवंश को राज्य की विभिन्न गौशाला में आगामी जीवन यापन के लिए भिजवाया जाता है। 
इसी तरह विशेष आहार के तहत गौवंश को बन्टा, दलिया, खल, काकड़ा, सब्जी, ज्यूस आदि दिया जाता है, ताकि दवाईयो की गर्मी सहन कर गौवंश को शीघ्र लाभ हो सके।
जो गौमाता गली रोड पर प्रजनन कर देती है उनके गौ वत्स को कुत्तो द्वारा नुकसान न पहुँचे इसलिए सूचना मिलते ही गौमाता को एम्बुलेंस से लाकर जच्चा बच्चा वार्ड में रखा जाता है एवं समस्त प्रजनन संबधित सभी दवाइयां एवं विशेष आहार भी दिया जाता है।।
विश्व रक्तदान दिवस एवं जब अभी आवश्यकता हो तब स्वस्थ गौमाता द्वारा कमजोर गौमाता को रक्तदान किया जाता है ।।रक्तदान से पूर्व सभी की जांचे कराकर ही रक्तदान किया जाता है।।
जीव सेवा के तहत गौवंश के अलावा वन विभाग की अनुमति से वन्य प्राणी जैसे मोर, बंदर, हिरण , नीलगाय आदि का इलाज भी किया जाता है और स्वस्थ होने पर विभाग के सुपर्द कर दिया जाता है।।             कबूतर ,खरगोश, बिल्ली, कुत्तो, ऊंट , घोड़ा का इलाज भी चिकित्सा टीम द्वारा समय समय पर किया जाता है।।
इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में समिति द्वारा प्रतिमाह 8 से 10 लाख का खर्चा वहन किया जाता है। जो कि जनसाधारण से सहयोग के रूप में एवं गौ सेवा दानपात्रों से प्राप्त होता है।

Krishnagarh Gau Chikitsa Samiti was established in January 2015 in 300 villages of Kishangarh city and surrounding areas with the objective of providing timely and proper medical services to the accidental cows. In the last 8 years helpline no. 9829272108 More than thousands of stickers were distributed for publicity and helpline number was also promoted on social media so that information could be received as soon as the accident happened and life could be saved with the right time information to save the case. Since inception, 14200 sick and accidental cows have been treated by ambulance by bringing them to the hospital.

A team of 35 workers including one full time doctor, 15 compounders, ten assistants, two ambulance assistants, 04 bike ambulance assistants are serving 24 hours a day in the treatment of about 200 cows always admitted in the cow hospital.

As soon as the information is received on the helpline by hydraulic ambulance and bike ambulance, along with a medical assistant, it is reached at the informed place. First of all, first aid is done on the same case so that there is no inconvenience and danger to the cow while being taken in the ambulance. As soon as the case cow reaches the hospital, a token number is given, under which the record of its entire treatment is kept. Drip is applied to the cow according to the disease. In the case of fracture, a bandage of plaster of paris is tied and during the bone joining, each case is covered with daily diet, dressing, drip, flipping twice a day so that there is no bedsore. Just as physiotherapy is given after bone is added to the human body, in the same way, physiotherapy is given to the cows in a systematic manner on a special machine so that the cows can stand on their feet and lead a normal life. The cows whose wounds become severe do not have gangrene and their poison does not spread to the rest of the body, so their leg or damaged limb is surgically removed. Under the powers given by nature, the cow can walk on three legs. Efforts are also made by the committee to put artificial feet on two-legged cows.

For operation, treatment, dressing, etc., medicines worth about three lakh rupees are procured monthly by the committee.

After the treatment, the healthy cows are taken by ambulance to various gaushalas of the state for their future living.

Apart from this, the cows which do not have serious disease or injury are treated at the informed place and left there. For this, 2 city bike ambulances are operated so that space and resources are available for the seriously ill. So far, 2700 cows have also been given first aid.

A hired pickup with a hydraulic ambulance is used for ambulance, from which about 8-10 sick and accidental cows are brought daily from 300 villages in Kishangarh and adjoining 40 km area and healthy cows are brought to different gaushalas of the state. It is sent for future living.

Similarly, under special diet, the cows are given Banta, porridge, cakes, crab, vegetables, juices, etc., so that the cows can be benefited quickly by bearing the heat of the medicines.
The cows who breed on the Gali road are not harmed by the dogs, so as soon as the information is received, the Gaumata is brought in an ambulance and kept in the maternal ward and all the medicines and special diet related to all fertility are also given.
World Blood Donation Day and when it is needed now, blood is donated by healthy cow mother to weak cow mother. Blood is donated only after getting everyone tested before donating blood.

In addition to the cows, wild animals like peacocks, monkeys, deer, nilgai, etc. are also treated with the permission of the forest department and handed over to the department when they are healthy. Pigeon, rabbit, cat, dog, camel, horse are also treated by the medical team from time to time.

In this entire process, the expenditure of 8 to 10 lakhs is borne by the committee per month. Which is received in the form of cooperation from the general public and from cow service donors.
