Dear Supporters,

Ms. Gahela Boro preparing to participate in the upcoming National Games of India 2020 to be held from 20 October to 4 November 2020 in Goa. However, she doesn't have the fund to afford the equipment's required for practice. Therefore, it is an earnest request to support Gahela in continuing her career in Archery.

Dear Supporters,

Ms. Gahela is still in medication though her haemoglobin is not in up to the mark. The recent test (on 17/07/2019) of her haemoglobin came down to 7.7 from 9.

Thus, she was called for her regular check up on 17th of August, 2019 however she is not in position to make it due to financial constrains. Therefore, she has postponed the next check up to 17th of September, 2019. Train ticket has been booked for both the onward and return journey (tickets enclosed).

The challenging health condition could not stop her as she continued training local children free of cost. Today (14/08/2019) she has inaugurated her another archery training centre in Karigaon, her locality, where she will train local children for free of cost. So far she is training a total 35 local children which she assume to be increased very soon as the newly opened training centre is located in a centre point of Karigaon Area of Kokrajhar District and the local communities are also showing interest to send their respective children.

She expressed that she has trust on her trainees in completing the dream of promoting archery amongst the new generation of the region thereby peace building and a sound future of the youths.
