With a heavy heart, we wanted to convey to you that little Anaya is no more between us. She passed away on 16th August, 2021 at her home before the doctors could schedule for BMT. She underwent extensive treatments and battled hard for more than two years. A detailed medical update along with the treatment timeline is given below as provided by the the treating doctor.




At Milaap, we release funds raised only against utilisation for the intended purpose, supported by treatment updates from the doctor as well as bills and invoices given to us. Funds raised on this campaign were used to settle for all medical expenses incurred by the family at the Hospital over the past two years.After settlement of the bills for Anaya's treatment,  there is a balance of  Rs 28,24,402  in equivalent INR and USD.

With the consent of family, the money available will be used towards the treatment of other such patients with urgent needs.

To begin with, Arpita,  aged 7 years old, and suffering from Aplastic Anemia  requires Bone Marrow Transplant at the earliest . A sum of Rs 13 Lakh will be transferred towards her fundraiser from this campaign for the treatment to begin. Here's the link to their campaign

Mudit is an 2 year old boy who has been diagnosed with  Acute Myeloid Leukemia . The only treatment is Bone Marrow  Transplant.He has been admitted to the hospital for the same.

Thank you all for your Love and Generous support!

Anaya's condition has been the same. As of now, her treatment is ongoing for Leukemia.

She is on medications as prescribed by the doctors. Last few days ago, we went for her blood transfusion and for a CBC test. Now, once she recovers, then the doctors will decide the schedule for BMT, and we will all let you know on the same. Until now, we have used the withdrawn funds for Chemotherapy & hospital stays. We still need funds for her further treatment. We will keep you all posted about our Little Anaya's health. Please keep supporting us!

Greetings dear supporters, hope you have been doing well. Here's a small update shared by Umesh Goswami, the organizer of the fundraiser and the coordinator from Manipal Hospitals, on little Anaya's health condition and treatment.

She was first Diagnosed in Dec 2019 and at that time she responded well to given treatment (we collected funds from respected donors through milaap)

Then almost one year from Diagnosis she relapsed (Nov 2020) and we call it very early relapse and this might behave very badly. At this time we again went to donors for help as now her treatment was going to be very aggressive and donors generously helped us.

We have her four blocks of intensive chemo protocols (F1, F2, R1 and R2) but she didn't respond and had lots of ICU admission due to infection. This was very aggressive chemo. This depleted our collected money severely and this was between Nov 2020 to Feb 2021

In March 2021, we then decided to give most aggressive chemo to Anaya and that was Ida-Flag chemo but she didn't respond to even this chemo but she stayed in ICU for almost 1 month and we finished with the collected money.

We again went to you donors and collected more to give her now the treatments.

In April & May 2021,  tried Azacitidine with Venetoclax with Nivolumab but she didn't respond to this combination.

Finally we decided to give her the most expensive treatments and we gave her 2 cycles of Inotuzumab and that brought her disease to very very low levels but still not negative so we decided to add another drug (most expansive of all) Blinatumomab and she finally is looking beautiful and possibly leukemia free. This was May till July 2021.

These expenses has finished up all our collected money but now she is good to undergo the final treatment which can cure her forever, i.e. Bone Marrow Transplant. For that, we need still need support for Anaya.
