Hello everyone!
Following my previous update, many of you might have noticed that the ‘Donate’ button on this page has been disabled. With all your contributions, we’ve managed to collect more than we had set out to, and this should cover JJ’s treatment for the upcoming months. Thank you so much!

Meanwhile, I will be posting regular updates regarding his progress on this page. As of now, JJ has completed his first round of Chemotherapy sessions. His Radiation sessions end tomorrow. The next round is scheduled to begin on the 7th of April.
While JJ is experiencing the weakness that follows Chemotherapy, he’s happy about the fact that his balance has improved and he’s now walking without support. Chemo has also reduced the swelling on his arm and back.

To top it off, JJ is in great spirits. He's been walking a little more every day and it's great to see texts that read, "You know, the legs are stronger. Can stand up on my own. And sit too!"
It's been a week since we started this fundraiser and we've almost reached the revised goal amount. We literally couldn't have done it without you.
But this has always been about JJ. So, while I will be asking Milaap to close the fundraiser once we meet the goal, please do keep praying for his recovery. We've collectively ensured that his treatment continues. Now we must keep wishing that his body responds well to the treatment and that he makes a speedy return to good health.
