As informed earlier Kiran Son has been given admission in a school.

Attached is the admission form of the kid.

This is to inform that his first year school fees money is being transferred to te school directly.

Hello Everyone,

This is to inform everyone that unfortunately Kiran has expired due to sudden kidney failure 21/07/2017.

Kiran was trying to arrange funds 12lakhs for his kidney transplantation and was doing dialysis periodically.

However since there was delay in the funds and unexpected kidney failure he could not perform the kidney transplantation as planned.

Please find the attached death certificate issued by government.

Kiran has mother,father,wife and 4 year old son and there is no one to look after them.

Funds collected for kiran medical expenses will be utilisied for the child education expenses to safeguard the child future.

Thanks to all for your dear contributions.
Kiran is still under going various tests which are pre-requisite for kidney transplantation and also they are making arrangements for additional funds for the surgery.

Once all the tests are finished then the kidney transplantation date will be confirmed.

I will update everyone once the surgery date is confirmed.
