We are happy to inform you all that Pravinaben Chhaganbhai Vala's surgery was successful. She is doing well. Her brother has completed MBBS and her sister is also studying nursing. Recently she has undergone face surgery, and she is on regular follow-up.

They are healthy now and this has been possible only with your love and support and are very thankful to all of you for supporting them during their tough times.

Greetings to all from Us 😊

We are happy to share an update with you, By the help of all the donors and the hardworking team of Milaap we are going to live our new life 🙏
Till today we have withdrawn funds for my brother's education fees and money which we borrowed from our relatives before the incident and Milaap also helped us with my brother's fees and our treatment expenses till now.

I Pravinaben went through 3 eye surgeries ( 2 failed attempts of corneal transplantation in Smimer medical College & one Evisceration procedure in venus hospital surat). As my burn was 3rd-degree burn I received primary treatment in Smimer hospital Surat then for advanced treatment, I went through again 2 surgeries in Kiran Hospital Surat ( 1 for debritment and one for skin grafting ).

Post that, I again went through my neck contracture removal surgery last February, my brother went through 2 surgeries for his injury and developed contracture over the right front arm, we are currently receiving physiotherapy sessions to prevent contracture, my younger sister is also an acid attack victim she was going through primary care in Smimer hospital surat.

My little brother is studying in 10th class, As of now, my other brother's final MBBS has been completed and doing one of the compulsory internships at smimer medical college from 1st August 2020. He is thinking about his post-graduation which is quite expensive in our country.

My younger sister is doing first-year GNM nursing in private college her fees is 60k/year for three years, in the next few months my younger brother Tarun is going to Science school and his fees is also high in today's condition... I also want to start studying for my graduation after Diwali.

Now we are withdrawing our whole remaining amount to our joint account and we mutually decided to create an FD for Our daily household expenses,

We are living in 1 BHK apartment in Kubernagar Surat. We are constantly in touch with our doctor's team and under their guidance our future surgeries are going to be scheduled.

Your trust and your love on us are most important to us.  We shall keep updating you all about all our developments. We are very happy with team Milaap for their selflessness and their help.

I would like to share a good news with all of you. My younger brother Bhargav successfully completed his final year M.B.B.S exam and is now doing his one-year internship in SMIMER hospital Surat.  My younger sister Alpaben also join Nursing Classes (G.N.M) of 3 year Course in Surat.
I am able to do my work on my own now and I have started preparing for competitive exams. And the youngest of all Tarun, he is in 10th standard now. He is attending his online classes.


We are all doing good health-wise. Me and my brother are taking extensive physiotherapy to maintain strength of muscle and to smoothens the contracture. It is going well.

It is all possible because of your help and we can't thank you enough for giving us this second chance at life.
