Dear Supporters,

As mentioned in the previous update, Dhanusha's family had spent almost 3 to 4 lakhs for her treatment before enrolling to Milaap. We are transferring this amount to them as it would be a great relief for them, since Dhanusha's elder sister has also been diagnosed with cancer.

Please keep the family in your prayers. Thank you all.

Kenson

Dear Supporters,

As mentioned in our update dated 24th March 2020,  Dhanusha passed away during the course of treatment. Here's a follow up on the funds raised:

All outstanding medical bills and expenses incurred by the family at St John's Hospital have been settled. In addition, we have also initiated a reimbursement of Rs. 3L  worth of bills to the family. This was already paid by them as part of the treatment expenses just before the fundraiser was initiated.

With the consent of family, the money available will be used towards the treatment of other patients with urgent needs.

To begin with, Pushpadhami, aged 2, is suffering from Lymphoblastic Lymphoma and requires chemotherapy at the earliest. They have not been able to raise much out of the required amount of Rs 7 Lakhs. A sum of Rs 6 Lakhs will be transferred towards the same from this campaign for the treatment to begin. Here is the campaign link:
