We are happy to share with you that Dr. Ruchi has successfully undergone her transplant and that she has no post-transplant complications. She is doing really well and is currently going for her post-operative care.

Dear Supporters,

The lockdown has been hard on everyone but it’s especially hard on us who need oxygen cylinders for our day-to-day needs. I need almost 3 litres of oxygen for 15 mins after even simple physical activities like taking bath or even sleeping at night.

Emotionally too, it was difficult at the start of the lockdown. I started growing impatient, irritable. I would get angry and frustrated easily. This started to take a toll on my health as well. Even getting in touch with my doctors became difficult. But then the doctors started checking on me via video calls and it started getting a little better.

But they have also told me that I would need the transplant urgently. We are desperately looking for donors and would require funds as well for that.
You have supported me through the tough time and I can’t thank you enough for that. So, here I am asking for your help again. Please do continue to support me and pray for me.

We would like to inform that Ruchi's health is currently in stable condition. However she has not yet found the donor for the lung transplant. She is on regular medication and goes for regular follow ups with the doctor.
We wish her strength and speedy recovery.
