Aiden was all set to go home with his oxygen and his feeding tube when he developed fever with dehydration. Currently we are waiting for that to settle.

Aiden is almost getting ready to go home. Of course he will have the nasal oxygen tubes and feeding tube into his stomach.

Please pray that he can grow and gain weight so that he can outgrow his problems. His lungs are susceptible to even the slightest infections. So please pray that he does not choke on his oral secretions or get any other infection so that his slow growth does not get hampered.

With God's grace, he will gain weight and then one day he will be able to breathe free, feed by mouth and move around like all the other babies around him.

Aiden's feeding by tube is yet to be fully established. Feeds could be started only after his lungs began to show some signs of recovery. He is still on oxygen. Feeding will continue through the tube into the abdomen. It is delivered by a pump at a steady rate. The apparatus for oxygen and feeding are being arranged so that when he can go home, these can be borrowed on basis of monthly rent.
