My father in law has come out of danger now by god's grace but still he is not totally out of unconcious stage. His left side of body is paralyzed and he is not feeling any senses on that. He will be needing 24x7 nursing and caring and physiotherapy and speech therapy on daily basis. His speech is not yet back and feeding is happening through nasal pipe. One pipe is attached with his trachea and another suction pipe is also attached with his windpipe to suck out the secretions. Still a long way to go indeed but god is definitely there to help him to take a step at a time.

Firstly, hearty thanks to each one of you who stepped forward at this crucial time and helped us financially and morally. My family will always be indebted to all of you.

I would like to request you all to keep on praying for Mr. Brijkumar Verma's speedy recovery which will surely help him to get his consciousness back.

As per the doctor's latest updates, he is out of danger now and started responding better than before though he is not able to open his eyelids but he is understanding the commands. Though he has not yet regained full consciousness but he is slowly understanding the activities. Doctor said that it will take some more time for his eyelids to function but he will open it surely, even his speech will also improve.
But the sad part is his left side of the body which is paralyzed due to this severe Brain Stroke, will never be fully recovered. There are chances of 40 to 50% recovery with due course of time and with the help of physiotherapy.

He is still in Critical Care Unit of Nanavati Hospital under Doctor's and nurses 24x7 observation and if his conditions continue to be stabled then very soon he will be shifted to a ward. But yes, another important point is the bill which is running very fast, already crossed 15lacs and slowly slowly it is becoming hard for us. Which is a fact. And it's for sure we as a family will fight at any level to get him back to normal.

So, it's my request to others to please help us and donate whatever is possible and surely pray for him.
