Updating on the campaign. Patient was operated on 1st Oct 2019 at Brahmkumari's Global Hospital & Research Centre, Andheri West, Mumbai. As per surgeons the operation has gone quite well. Post surgery in 2nd follow up on 22nd Oct 2019 surgeons have asked to go for radiation treatment asap in order to minimize the chances of recurrence. We consulted two hospitals and decided to start the radiation therapy at Nanavati Hospital Mumbai. The expenses are about 2 lac Rs. We are trying from other sources such as trusts etc., but looks like even if some aid is received it will be minimal only. Considering this I urge and request more friends to come up for contribution. If a large number of people make small contributions we can achieve the target.

Thanks to all of you for contributing towards this cause. The patient was discharged on 9th Oct 2019 and recovering at the moment. Second Follow up is early next week in which doctor will guide about radiation requirements and related expenses etc. Will come back with update again after the follow up.

Suvarna was operated on 01-10-2019. The biopsy report after surgery is awaited for deciding whether further treatment required. With your contribution we could manage to get timely operation done and hopefully have saved her life! Will revert with update after discharge and biopsy report.
