We are pleased to inform that Mr.Gokulapriyan underwent a heart transplant. On 5th March 2017 we received a miraculous donor call from TRANSTAN -Transplant authority of Tamilnadu. We had a 24-year-old suitable donor at Christian Medical College and Hospitals, Vellore. The donor was from Chattisghar who was declared brain dead and the family of this 24-year-old multi-organ deceased donor came forward to donate their precious daughter's organs to give new lease of life for more than 6 people who are dying. Last week Gokulapriyan had been critically ill and there was no hope of getting a suitable donor heart till March 5th .
Gokulapriyan is in a critical phase following the procedure. His recuperating time might get extended furthermore as he deteriorated pre-operatively (5 days prior to surgery). Parents are very concerned and fearful regarding the further requirements of funds for his medical treatment. Please help us in arranging for more funds for his post-operative treatment.
