Amid the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, our family faced a challenging period. While everyone else recovered from illness, sadly, my husband lost his battle, leaving a deep emptiness for me and my kids. The pain is still fresh, and now my 6-year-old son is dealing with a serious health challenge, like fate is testing us again.

In April 2023, my son was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia and Bone Marrow Failure, requiring an urgent bone marrow transplant for his survival. We spent the next months rushing to get money for the transplant and taking care of him as he got sicker.
The transplant cost a lot, and it took us four months to get the money. During this time, my son went through a lot—black spots on his body, his platelet counts dropping, and scary bleeding. He even stayed in the ICU in July while doctors searched for a bone marrow match.

Facing a critical need for a transplant, I was the only match for the transplant. It was a tough decision, but we went for it. The transplant happened in August, but then came a hard fight against Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD). We beat it, but now my son has more problems.

"After a long battle, we returned home. Just when things seemed normal, my child went back to the hospital in October with gut GvHD. He's tired, losing hope, and not interested in anything. His sister, our support, lives far away and has her own expenses. Every day feels like a struggle."

Now, my little boy has a lung infection and needs oxygen. Medicines cost a lot—Rs.20,000 a day—and I only have a week's supply left from my saved money.
"My late husband, a computer expert, gave us a good life. His sudden death left us stuck. Right when I was going to start working again, my child got sick. With no money and savings gone, I'm asking for help on crowdfunding to save my little boy."

As we go through this tough journey, your support can be our hope.
Let's make sure my little boy keeps fighting with strength and help.
