I am Kamal Goel resident of Delhi. I want to start a new business. It is a startup for me. I need a financial help to start the new business and run a new company. That is why I am raising funds to run a company.
Why am I fund raising?
I have started many businesses earlier and failed in all. Money which I invested in earlier businesses I took from my father. Now I feel ashamed to ask for more money from my father to start another business. I this time decided to start the business without the help of my father as I do not want to put more burden on him.
I am married person. Right now I am unemployed and my father is taking the burden of my family. This makes me more embarrassing. Today is the situation when I should give some help to my father in running home. This is the reason I choose this path to raise funds and start a business with the hope that it will run this time with the grace of God
What type of business will it be?
It will be a combination of real estate and technology. A mobile application will be made on real estate industry. This application will help builders and brokers to post their properties on it. Individual users can browse the properties from the comfort of their home
This application will not be limited to India only but run throughout the world. Builders, Brokers and individual users can chat as well among themselves from any corner of the world
Why I am combining technology with the real estate?
Today people are getting habitual of using new technologies day by day. More or less everyone has smart phones today with them. Everyone demands comfort. With the use of this application anyone can browse properties from the comfort of their home
What is the USP of this application?
This application is totally free to use for builders, brokers and individual users. Anyone can post unlimited properties on this application without giving single penny.
From where will I earn?
I will earn through the advertisements done on my application
Where the funds will get used?
Funds will be used to run the whole company from building the application to the marketing of it. I am from non technical field. I have to hire developers who will build the application. After the application is made it will be marketed to the whole world.
Rs 100000000 is the estimated investment needed to run this project.
50% of it will be the marketing budget
30% of it will go in salaries to the developers
20% of it will be used as the working capital to run the company
