I am Vivek, a 12-year-old boy from Karnataka studying in 6th standard. Like everyone, I love to play with my friends and want to learn new things every day. But almighty had different plans for me when he wanted to test how strong I am. Things looked pretty normal until the deadly "Blood Cancer" relapsed in me. In medical terms they call it "Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia".

I am admitted to Muzumdar Cancer hospital in Narayana Health City and Doctors are pretty confident that it can be cured with "Salvage chemotherapy followed by Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)". I can live happily after this curative treatment but then this medical procedure is too costly for my poor family. Doctors have estimated that it would approximately cost 19-26 lakhs.

My dad worked as a security guard in a private organisation but he has quit it recently to be with me. I was initially worried but my dad is a hero who believes that there are many kind hearted people out there in the world to help me. I am worried that he has not smiled for many days now but I assure you that I am a strong boy who will fight this battle of life and make my dad smile again.
