Dear Supporters,

Thank you for your support

Ramagya Foundation (An initiative of Purusharth Charitable Society) with the help of its own team members, Ramagya School Staff and the common man successfully organized its campaign to feed the needy during the lockdown.

During the campaign around 50000 dry food packets, soaps, and face masks were distributed to the needy families. Each packet contains 2 KG rice, ½ KG pulse, 2 soaps, and one face mask, costing around 120/- per packet. The campaign were focused more on the slums of construction sites of Sector 77 and Sector 78 and Sorkha village which is a huge cluster of under development construction sites, thus having a huge population of migrant labors families.

On a positive note Ramagya School Management, Noida Police, and volunteers also contributed to the campaign. Apart from the CSR fund contribution from Ramagya School, Ramagya Foundation also created a fundraiser here on Milaap to invite support from the common man. During the campaign around 62000/- were generated from the help of donors and the rest of the amount was invested by the Society.

Although the lockdown is over and we all are slowly moving back to our job, but still lots needs to be done, as there is still no remedies for Corona and there is a huge challenge of saving ourselves from this deadly virus.  On behalf of the entire Ramagya Foundation families, we extend our sincere thanks to Milaap, all donors, Noida Police, Ramagya School, and all volunteers who extended their support for the campaign.

Although lockdown is over, the struggle of marginalized communities is still alarming. On average we receive 10-20 calls daily for the help. We are doing our best and thus decided to continue the campaign till the date we all find a resolution for Covid-19. We hope we will get your love and support. The campaign is hereby extended till 15/08/2020.

Thank you for your support
