Help A Father Bring His Premature Twin Babies Home

55-day-old twin babies of Sangeetha were born premature, and need ventilation support and intensive care. The babies have sepsis, and difficulty in breathing. During transport to a childcare specialty hospital during their first few hours, one of the babies developed a brain bleed.

One of the babies has been weaned off the ventilator. However, they have a long way to go, and need to be in the hospital for 4 weeks in addition to the past 6 weeks until they are free of infection, in recovery, and can be orally fed.

Sarvana, the father is a general merchant with Rs. 9000/month income. He lost vision in his left eye when he was just 10 year of age, and even had a renal transplant in 2005. Life has been tough for this family. However, this father has been doing everything to bring his babies home.

"We mortgaged the house, borrowed from friends, depleted our savings, and put together Rs. 12 lakhs. Now we need nearly Rs. 7 lakhs for further treatment costs."

Your contribution will help this family get through this terrible phase and bring their baby girls home.
