Help Me In Raising My College Tuition for TU Delft

Hi. I am Kshitiz Sharma, an 18-year-old from India. Just out of school, I'm looking to start my higher education. I'd like to major in Computer Science and/or Applied Mathematics. I've been accepted to TU Delft (Delft University of Technology) in the Netherlands for the Bachelor's program in Computer Science and Engineering. Though I'm from a well to do middle-class family, it's still nearly not enough to pay the tuition fees. Last year, I was accepted to University of British Columbia (Canada), but I couldn't attend because of the same reason, i.e. lack of funds.TU Delft does not offer any scholarships to international students, and hence, I cannot attend because I cannot pay the tuition fees. The fees for the 2018-19 session is approximately 10400 euros, which is about $12400. And considering the exchange rates (1 euro=7 Indian Rupees approx.), the figure turns into about 750000 INR per year, which is a lot. So I'd really like it if you people could help me out a bit here. Every little counts. Thank you.
