HELP TRISHTI SINGH (VARSHA) DEFEAT FINAL STAGE CANCER
Trishti Singh (nick name-Varsha) is suffering from a terminal illness and needs URGENT Surgery and your contribution to the cause can save this tender little soul.
About Trishti and her Family background:
Trishti (Varsha) Singh, aged 8 years old, is a class 2nd student & resident of Ramnagar, Varanasi (UP). I am Deepak Singh, her father & on behalf of her I am requesting you the noble people out there.
I belong to a BPL Family. She is my eldest child. I have two daughters and a son. From the last 5 months I am suffering from liver ailments and thus I am unable to work. The condition of our family is no better than a family living on the streets.
Trishti was the only reason for everyone to smile in the family until last month i.e. October, 2017 when she was diagnosed with the High grade Malignant Tumor.
And Doctor suggested urgent Surgery which will cost a huge sum of 5 lacs to us. To some this is a meagre amount but for our family it can save this little girl.
What Happened to her?:
On 12th October 2017, her left eye & face started to swell and she felt a severe headache. We then rushed to the nearby medical help and doctor gave us 2 weeks of general medicines and told us about her weak eyesight thus suggesting spectacles.
After 2 weeks, all of a sudden she complained of acute headache, nausea, and vomiting. A complete lethargic condition with partial unconsciousness 5-6 times a day.
We rushed to many hospitals in search of a Neurologist in our area and finally admitted her to BHU, Varanasi Medical Hospital where the doctor advised immediate CT Scans & MRI scans which resulted in the following observations:
An ill-defined heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion measuring 5 x 5.1 x 4.2 cm (AP X TR X LONG) with internal non enhancing cystic areas and flow voids is noted in left cerebral hemisphere showing extensions described below:
laterally the lesion is extending into left cerebello pontine angle cistern with resultant entrapped fluid. There is e/o thickening and enhancement along left vestibulocochlear and facial nerve with altered signal intensities in left mastoid sinus denoting perineural spread.
Medially the lesion is causing compression and rotation of Pons and medulla with focal loss of Intervening fat planes with pons s/o infiltration.
The lesion is causing effacement of 4111 ventricles with resultant upstream dilatation of B/L lateral and 3rd ventricles showing periventricular ooze.
Inferiorly the lesion is in close approximation with left vertebral Artery.

This is a stage IV cancer equivalent and the doctor has given us 20 days to arrange for the funds and go for the operation to ensure even a slight chance of her survival. Our below poverty line status limits us from getting any loans or getting the funds from our contacts. We are in a state of despair as our only source of happiness, this chirpy little girl is battling for life. It is humiliating and disheartening to see such a small girl go through the painful ordeals of this disease. I request the goof people out there to help us, all of you are no less than god for our family.
