Thank you all so much for the support towards the Water Project that was initiated by Reji K & friends to help the homeless people of HOH. We've strived to ensure the homeless people don't have water issues anymore and by God's grace it seems to be solved now. I've been told that they collect water whenever there is a need from the tank that we constructed. There's still one Tank/Sump construction pending & that needs to be built at the Site C (Baglur Lake). I am waiting for the green signal from the HOH management. If that doesn't happen, we'll discuss options of closing this campaign with Milaap asap.

All contributions that have been collected will go towards whatever water solutions we can possibly offer the shelter which would include, digging of borewells, rain water harvest, storage facilities and logistical solutions. Thank you all so much for the support towards the Water Project! The more we understand the needs of this Water project from both HOH and experts in this field, we believe that there is a possibility that most, if not all the funds collected till date would be required to facilitate a replenishing water supply solution and help eradicate the water woes that the mission has been facing for the past 4 years.

The Water Project: Phase 1
The mission has a property located near a lake, and had already commenced digging a borewell but unfortunately had to stop at a depth of 400 feet because of lack of funds. This re-digging of the borewell should be able to sustain their desire of accommodating more people in the near future.

The immediate need of the hour is to restart the digging of the borewell that would help the Homeless Shelter with water.

I'm looking at raising 3 lakhs for this project. Let's help HOH to continue helping others!
