Swatantrakumar is hospitalised in civil  Hospital ahmadabad now he is shifted to zydus hospital Ahmadabad for over a week now. he was unconscious due to excessive flow of blood in his chest. he recently was operated with 2 critical heart surgeries. and an liver damage surgery. he was fighter and survived all of it. But with every surgery, the expenses were sky rocketing.

Today, he needs to settle bills worth 6-7 lakhs. His father is the only bread winner of the family. Even a small contribution will go a long away in helping Swatantrakumar and his father. Please contribute.
