ZHCET Formula Racing is a formula-student team emanating from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. We conceptualize, design, build and test a student-level formula-style car capable of competing against the finest formula student teams both domestically and globally.
We are a 40-member team of talented and passionate undergraduate students studying different engineering disciplines who work together in synergy to achieve greater goals.
Our team has been on a roll since its inception in 2013, participating in and placing well in the BAJA SAE and Supra SAE competitions. And we’re sticking to this streak of success till date, by bagging 1st rank in the Business Plan Presentation, 3rd in Cost and Manufacturing, and finishing 5th overall in the Formula Bharat 2022.

“You don’t expect to be at the top of the mountain the day you start climbing.”
Our goal from the beginning is to implement the engineering principles and knowledge we've gained in the construction of a substantial structure, therefore facilitating the concept of learning by doing. We've come a long way in the last few years, forming a strong and well-functioning team with strong ethics and a positive attitude.
We're currently working on our next car, the ZFR 5.0. As a result, we need financial support to turn our dream into a reality.
This covers the costs of submitting registration fees for our forthcoming Formula Imperial and Supra SAE competitions, as well as driver harnesses, pressure sensors, and logistics. Furthermore, we're developing a Data Acquisition System for our automobile, which will offer us an advantage in subsequent competitions.
