At SARA ANJUM Trust, Bidar, we have been working closely with some of the most vulnerable women in our community — widowed mothers who have lost their primary breadwinners and are left with no stable source of income. Through Project UDAAN, we identified 25 such women who are struggling daily to make ends meet while also trying to provide a better future for their children. These women carry immense strength within them; all they need is an opportunity and the right tools to rebuild their lives.

To empower each of these 25 mothers, we are providing one sewing machine, hands-on vocational training, and a complete starter kit — everything they need to begin earning independently from their homes. This initiative not only gives them a livelihood but also restores their confidence and dignity. The total estimated cost to support all 25 women under this project is ₹2,70,000. Every rupee contributed goes directly toward equipping a mother with the means to sustain her family.
