Their flashy advertisements, which we trusted, boast about "ultra-modern medical facilities" and expertise as a specialized "Neuro Surgery & Trauma Center" for critical emergencies.
Instead of expertise, we encountered a total failure from the entire medical team, including the surgeons, the anesthetists, and the hospital administration. It is unfathomable that a multi-speciality hospital, which advertises itself as the best for trauma, can allow a healthy young person to enter for a minor finger procedure and emerge in a coma. They converted a vibrant, healthy young man into a patient fighting for every breath. They broke our fundamental trust, and their negligence cost my brother his life as he knew it.
We had to desperately transfer him to Nagpur just to save his life. Due to their combined failures at the hospital in Balaghat, Vivek suffered a critical hypoxic brain injury. He is currently on a ventilator in the ICU at Bansal Hospital in Bhopal, under specialist critical care.

After completing his Masters in Environmental Science, he worked tirelessly to build his dreams. Just one week before this nightmare began, he had proudly registered his own material processing company. He has his entire life ahead of him.

Our family is completely broken, emotionally and financially. We have poured in our entire life savings and tracked significant outflows from our accounts thanks to the immense financial support of our friends.
