Over the past several months, I have undergone multiple lines of intensive chemotherapy, followed by CAR-T cell therapy. Unfortunately, the disease has not achieved sustained remission. Based on current clinical evaluation, my treating team has advised that an Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) is now the only potentially curative treatment option.

At present, I am receiving bridging chemotherapy, Inotuzumab-based immunotherapy to control disease activity and stabilize my condition prior to transplant.

The estimated total cost of this treatment pathway—including ongoing chemotherapy, conditioning therapy with TBI, prolonged hospitalization/ICU level care, and the Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplant—is approximately ₹90 lakhs. Insurance coverage and personal savings have already been exhausted during earlier treatments.
