Since April 2021, Vikas Saraf, his wife Pinky, their daughter Ria and their friend Dipti Punjani have been personally distributing wholesome meals to the poor and homeless; tirelessly, every single day. It started out with 40 meals and has now scaled up. Till date, over 12,000 meals have been distributed. Beneficiaries include the slum dwellers of Dharavi, daily wage laborers who lost their livelihood due to Covid, Covid positive patients from low income households, rag pickers from Bhiwandi and many many more such communities in need. Masks, hygiene kits, protective rain gear and monthly dry rations have also been distributed. At first, Vikas, Pinky and their friend Dipti funded this initiative entirely own their own. Slowly, extended family, friends and neighbors joined the cause. To scale up this initiative further, we are starting a crowd funding campaign for FOOD FOR ALL.
