I, Guravaiah Paggala a middle-class father desperately reaching out here for help in covering my daughter Sanvika Paggala's operation cost, she is a 10-month-old recently diagnosed with "Photon deficient areas are noted at Upper, Lower interpolar, mid & lower poles on both Left & Right Kidney".
