I hope you are all doing well. Today, I am writing this update with a very heavy heart and with all the courage I can gather.

Over the last few months, many of you have stood by me when my life turned upside down. You supported me through my diagnosis, the shock of discovering multiple aneurysms, the sudden change of treatment plan, and my critical open-skull EC–IC bypass surgery in August.

Your prayers, kindness, and contributions are the only reason I made it this far. I will forever be grateful.

A few days ago, I underwent a detailed DSA angiogram as advised by my doctors to admit on 15th December 2025 and operate on 16th 2025. I truly hoped that my healing journey was nearing an end. But unfortunately, the report has brought us painful and unexpected news.

The doctors have found that a residual giant aneurysm in my left internal carotid artery is still filling with blood, and the risk remains serious.

The smaller clinoid aneurysm also shows minimal filling.

Because of this, my neurosurgeon has now advised an urgent Endovascular Coiling procedure, possibly with a flow diverter, to safely close the aneurysm and prevent a life-threatening rupture.

The estimated cost for this next and extremely crucial procedure is around

₹16–17 lakhs,

an amount far beyond what my family can manage at this stage, especially after my major surgery in August.

I am only 24 years old, just starting my life and career, and I am trying my best every single day to stay strong. But this medical battle has been long, emotionally draining, and financially overwhelming. We have exhausted everything we had.

I am humbly reaching out again — not because I want to, but because I have no other choice for my survival.
