My name is Varun Mehta and I belong to Bhiwani, Haryana (India). I am a full time Mountaineer and below are some of my achievements:


1. Completed basic mountaineering course in July 2018 with A-GRADE from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports, Manali. and conquered Kshetidhar peak (15700 ft).

2. Summitted Alang madan kulang trek, Pune in November 2018.

3. Completed basic rock climbing course in Jan 2019 with A- GRADE from Swami Vivekananda institute of Mountaineering, Mount Abu.

4. Completed Advance mountaineering course in April 2019 with A-GRADE from National institute of mountaineering and allied sports, Arunachal Pradesh. Also, completed 350KM trek with 25KG load during the course and summitted Meerathang Glacier (16500 ft) (Asia’s highest ice wall).

My next target is to summit Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak by October 2019 and Mount Everest by April 2020.

I will be 

engaging with a company which organises this Summit.
 However, since these are international summits and unfortunately, I have no one who could sponsor me for the same.

Sometimes life is difficult and does not seem to be fair, specially when you loose a parent at a young age.I have struggled and deeply understood with my personal experience the important part that money plays in fullfiling  one’s dreams. I have sacrificed before but not this time and hence seeking help from everyone who is reading this .My journey is indeed an inspiring one as being the only son to my Mom and a Pharmacist from a very small town in Haryana who have now turned into a passionate Mountaineer. Although, I have no money left in my savings/PF but my confidence to achieve my dream is totally intact.

Help me in my mission of hoisting our tri-colored flag on top of all 7 continents.
