Outbreak of COVID-19 has not just made life difficult for humans, but for animals too. Lacs of strays including dogs, cats, monkeys, cows, pigs etc are dependent on humans for their food are drastically impacted. Some are dependent on regular pedestrians, regular feeders, restraunts or hotels. Many of them are incapable of surviving on their own. Because of the lockdown strays aren't getting sufficient food. Till earlier last year I used to feed around 50+ strays but the number grew to 350+ because everyday when I went out to feed them in different areas I used to find new litteres or lactating mothers searching for food in the dustbins. In some cases, I could see their ribs due to hunger. Feeding hundreds of animals everyday has changed their life as well as my life. It gives so much of satisfaction to me.
