save my life to reconstruct -Damaged house in floods

I'm  V.Rama Rao ,60 year old Agricultural farmer in Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh and I lost everything I have over 10,00,000 worth of damage agriculture fields and completely house got damaged very badly. I'm currently staying in a temporary shelter  near to our old house and need to be there may be a couple of months and I'm not sure .. how I will recover and I use my pension money to pay the home off. I had no flood insurance because I was told I was not in a flood zone in the bank at did not set it up and I never thought about it anymore. I don't know where I go from here A friend of mine set up a miaap page over today.  I don't have the income to support it and  I lost all my furniture and appliances, my bull kart and agricultural equipment's was damaged. I know they're holding a lot of fundraisers but I don't know if they help with home repairs. Does anyone out there know if there are any other resources?  Not sure where I go from here.
